The hotel is nestled in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature, offering a quiet retreat with lovely views over the Herefordshire countryside. The rooms are excellently furnished with comfortable facilities, perfect for relaxation. The dining experience is fantastic, especially with freshly prepared meals, and the personal service provided is impeccable. However, the previous state of decay under old ownership is a downside, and the smell of stale cigarette smoke lingers in some areas.
